The MSC Hamburg Ladies Open is much more than a world-class tennis event. At the joint event "VOICES ON COURT - THE HAMBURG EDITION", prominent voices from the worlds of sport, business, media and politics will come together at Hamburg's Rothenbaum on 19 July 2025 to discuss participation, equality and sustainability in sport.
When the WTA tournament title is played for between 13 and 20 July 2025, Hamburg's Rothenbaum will also be a place to meet and exchange ideas. In cooperation between the MSC Hamburg Ladies Open and the Hamburg Sports Summit, a platform for exchange, inspiration and networking will be created on this semi-final day of the WTA 250s tournament.
What connects women in sport, business and culture who deliver top performances? What impetus will sport 2025 provide for greater equality of opportunity? What vision is the city of Hamburg pursuing for the participation of women in sport? What do mothers need in professional sport and how can tennis continue to set the pace for equality? Voices on Court discusses the present and future of women's sport in impulses and high-class talks and shows what opportunities lie in the cooperation between sport and society.

- Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann, Show jumper
- Jana Meiser, Volleyball player at the ETV
- Anna von Haebler, actress and expert for needs-based childcare
"With the support of Hamburg Active City and the Ministry of Science, Research and Equality, we want to send a strong signal for female leadership, visibility and social responsibility in Hamburg sport," emphasises tournament director Sandra Reichel.
Katja Kraus (Jung von Matt SPORTS Managing Director and Chair of the Advisory Board of FUSSBALL KANN MEHR) adds: "Voices on Court brings together the special atmosphere of Centre Court with the shared idea of change: a forum for the future of sport - supported by female athletes, decision-makers and companies in this city and beyond.
