    up to 0.5 litres), canisters, cans
  • Bulky items (e.g. cane umbrellas, walking sticks if not medically necessary, very large items)

  • Means of transport such as scooters, skateboards
  • For other objects, a ban may also be issued in individual cases. (e.g. very
    large rivets on clothing, etc.) A sense of proportion must always be applied here.

We ask you to follow the instructions of the court stewards. Spectators are requested to take or leave their seats before the start or after the end of a set or when the players change sides. The use of mobile phones/smartphones is not permitted in the stands. Photography with flash/artificial light sources is prohibited.

The fixture list for the following day is usually finalised from 8 pm the day before. There may be changes to the fixtures at short notice.

Yes, please remember to scan yourself at the exit when you leave the facility.

Pushchairs may be brought onto the course, but cannot be admitted to the stands for space reasons.

Lost property can be handed in and collected at the Info Point.

The nearest cash machine is about 100 metres to the left of the main entrance (Hamburger Sparkasse).

You will find the first aid station on the north side of the centre court at the entrance to Matchcourt 1.

Toilets can be found in the centre court area under the south stands and under the stands of court "M1". Barrier-free toilets can be found under the south stands.

In the interest of keeping the tournament grounds clean, we ask you to throw paper and drinking cups etc. into the waste bins or rubbish bins provided. We also ask you to separate your rubbish accordingly.

MatchMaker Sports GmbH will not provide any compensation in the event of match cancellations or loss of the ticket. MatchMaker Sports GmbH also accepts no liability for physical injury or damage to property.
