Secure the best seats now! Advance ticket sales for the Hamburg European Open 2024 started on Friday. The professional women’s tennis tournament will take place from 4 to 10 August 2024 on the traditional Rothenbaum in Hamburg. Tickets for the WTA 125 tournament are available from €10 via the online ticket shop at www.hamburg-open.com.
The four top Hamburg players Tamara Korpatsch, Eva Lys, Ella Seidel and last year’s finalist Noma Noha Akugue will be among those competing. The 20-year-old from Reinbek celebrated the greatest success of her career to date by reaching the final of the 250 tournament at the Rothenbaum. Now she wants to shine again in front of her home crowd.
There are two price categories for centre court tickets this year. In category one, fixed seats on centre court are guaranteed. There is free seating on the other match courts. In category two, spectators have a free choice of seats on the booked centre court grandstand. If you don’t want to miss out on the finals on 9 and 10 August, you should go for the ‘Weekend Ticket’. The combined ticket for the semi-final and final day (sun hat included) is available in category one for 60 euros and in category two for 40 euros.
Children up to the age of 12 are admitted free of charge, pupils and students aged 12 to 26 pay just ten euros on all days in category two. People with disabilities receive a 50 per cent discount. Wheelchair users and their companion receive free admission.
‘We are delighted to be able to offer Hamburg tennis fans a women’s tennis tournament this year after all. We have a very special offer for our regular customers who have already bought tickets for the planned 250 tournament,’ explains Tournament Director Sandra Reichel. If they decide to keep their tickets and use them for the 250 tournament in summer 2025, they will receive free tickets for the 125 tournament in August as a loyalty bonus.
