This year are no ground tickets available.
How can I purchase tickets?
As soon as the ticket sale starts, the tickets can be purchased in our online store and via our hotline.
Is there a box office?
There will be no box office on site. Tickets can only be purchased online or via our ticket hotline.

Do I have to wear a face mask on the event site?
Masks are required at the entrance and on the entire tournament site. You can remove your face mask while you are sitting and eating food and drink.
Do I have to provide my contact details when visiting the Hamburg European Open?
Due to the COVID-19 measures, each ticket must be personalized to track contacts (name, address, telephone number). A corresponding ID check will be carried out at the entrance.
Why can I only book single seats or two connected seats?
In order to ensure that the applicable distance rules are also observed on Center Court, only single and double courts can be booked. We would like to guarantee that the minimum distance of 1.5 meters can be maintained between unrelated courts. Exceptions are our two family blocks.
What if I want to attend the tournament as a family and need more than two connected tickets?
We have established two family blocks. In blocks N3 and N11 you can book four connected places as a family with children. The booking is only possible via our ticket hotline.
What to do if I have to change the ticket personalization at short notice (e.g. due to illness)?
If ticket personalization has to be changed because the original ticket holder cannot attend the event due to illness, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The personalization can then be changed in exceptional cases.
Am I only allowed to enter the facility at the entrance time indicated on my ticket?
The given admission time is only valid if you are already arriving for the first match and
is there to ensure that the applicable distance rules are also observed at the entrance.
Why are there fixed admission times?
In order to avoid queues at the entrance and to maintain the applicable minimum distances, there are different entrance times for each block. We ask you to adhere to the admission time on your ticket.
When will the next day’s schedule be published and where can I find it?
The schedule for the next day is usually determined as of 8pm the preceding day. In general, there may be short-term changes in the scheduling.

Is re-entry possible?
If you leave the center court during the day and want to come back later, please remember to have your ticket with you.
How can I order tickets for the wheelchair area and where are the reserved places?
The seats for wheelchair users are located in the lower area of the west stand (North-West entrance).
The booking of wheelchair places is only possible via the ticket hotline 01806 99 11 75.
What happens if it rains during matches?
The centre court as well as parts of the tournament site are covered. Rain can cause delays in the matches on the side courts. Depending on weather conditions and capacity, the interrupted matches will be moved from the side courts to the centre court or to the following day. There is no right to a refund or exchange of the tickets.
Do I get a refund if matches are cancelled?
MatchMaker Sports GmbH will not provide any reimbursement in case of match cancellations or loss of the ticket. MatchMaker Sports GmbH also assumes no liability for bodily injury or property damage.
Can the tickets be returned?
In general, admission tickets cannot be returned.
Can I buy food and drinks on the event site?
There will be various food and drink stands on the site. Please understand that no alcohol may be served.
What does the imprint "sector yellow", "sector orange", "sector green", or "sector blue" on my ticket mean?
After the stadium refurbishment, the stands have seats in different colors. The stadium is also marked in the corresponding colors on the outside. These serve as orientation to help you find the right way up to your booked seat as quickly as possible.
