What tickets are available?

  • Day tickets: day tickets for all days may be obtained at the box office (if available)
    and at any time online in our online shop

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets for the 2022 Hamburg European Open can be ordered at the ticket shop on the www.hamburg-open.com website and via the ticket hotline by ringing +49 (0) 1806-991175.

How much does a ticket cost?

What to do if I have to change the ticket personalization at short notice (e.g. due to illness)?

Please contact the ticket hotline +49 (0)1806 99 11 75.

When will the next day’s schedule be published and where can I find it?

The schedule for the next day is usually determined as of 8pm the preceding day. In general, there may be short-term changes in the scheduling.

The current programme is available online here. In addition, the match schedules are available in printed form at the box office and at the Info-Point

Is re-entry possible?

If you leave the center court during the day and want to come back later, please remember to have your ticket with you.

How can I order tickets for the wheelchair area and where are the reserved places?

The seats for wheelchair users are located in the lower area of the west stand (North-West entrance).
The booking of wheelchair places is only possible via the ticket hotline 01806 99 11 75.

What if I have a severely disabled pass and am dependent on an accompanying person (B in the pass)?

Please contact the ticket hotline +49 (0)1806 99 11 75 to book a free ticket for your companion.

What happens if it rains during matches?

The centre court as well as parts of  the tournament site are covered. Rain can cause delays in the matches on the side courts. Depending on weather conditions and capacity, the interrupted matches will be moved from the side courts to the centre court or to the following day. There is no right to a refund or exchange of the tickets.

Do I get a refund if matches are cancelled?

MatchMaker Sports GmbH will not provide any reimbursement in case of match cancellations or loss of the ticket. MatchMaker Sports GmbH also assumes no liability for bodily injury or property damage.

Can the tickets be returned?

In general, admission tickets cannot be returned.

Can I buy food and drinks on the event site?

There will be various food and drink stands on the site. Please understand that no alcohol may be served.

What does the imprint "sector yellow", "sector orange", "sector green", or "sector blue" on my ticket mean?

After the stadium refurbishment, the stands have seats in different colors. The stadium is also marked in the corresponding colors on the outside. These serve as orientation to help you find the right way up to your booked seat as quickly as possible.
